How We Work
Discovery Call
Start by scheduling a complimentary 15-minute call. We’ll answer your questions and determine which dietitian is the best fit for you.
Initial Consultation
At this one-on-one appointment, we’ll complete an in-depth review of your health history and overall lifestyle. We’ll discuss your nutrition habits, exercise patterns, beliefs about body image, answer any questions you may have and begin to develop a nutrition care plan to meet your goals.
Ongoing Follow-Up
We’ll reflect on the progress made since the previous appointment, process any barriers that occurred, make modifications and set small, measurable goals that will set you up for success.
We do not accept insurance. However, we can supply you with a superbill upon request that you can use to submit a healthcare claim for potential reimbursement.

What is your hunger
telling to you?
Did you know there are seven different types of hunger?
Society often tells us just to “eat when we’re hungry and stop when we’re full.” That might work for the gas tank in a car... But with humans, it’s not that simple. Each kind of hunger has a cause—as well as a different way of dealing with it.
